  • No smoking or vaping in the condo.
  • Please limit noise after 8 pm and before 9 am.
  • Please supervise children and keep them safe.
  • Parties and gatherings not permitted.
  • Unregistered guests not permitted.
  • Unregistered pets not permitted.

Check Out List
​For checkout we ask that you:
  1.  Load and run the dishwasher.
  2.  Leave keycards and locker key on dining table. There is a $75 fee for lost/non-returned keys.
  3. Take rubbish to the chute located close to the elevator.
  4.  Make sure fireplace and lights are off.
  5. Lock doors and windows.
  6. Text 760-965-4123 as you leave. In your text, send a pic of the keycards, parking pass, and metal key, left on the table. 
COVID 19- ADDITIONS TO CHECK OUT LIST:
During summer 2021 we are asking that you help us protect our staff and our community by doing the following additional check out items:
  • Throw away the kitchen sponge, if you used it.
  • ​Place all kitchen and bath towels in the bathtub.
  • Adjust thermostat to 'fan' and leave it running.​​

  • If you notice that those supplies need replenishing, please let me know with an email.

  • appliances: two burner electric cooktop, microwave, small dishwasher, small refrigerator with dedicated freezer compartment.
  • small electrics: blender, slow cooker, toaster

dishware & Cookware
  • 4 wine glasses, 4 juice & water glasses, coffee cups
  • plates, bowls, silverware
  • basic pots and pans
  • basic cooking utensils like spoons, knives, cork screw, measuring cup and spoons, etc

  • full-sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion
  • hair dryer, first aid kit
  • 2 rolls of toilet paper
  • 4 sets of towels for your use. Email to request extra housekeeping if you would like replacement or laundering during your stay. There is a fee for this service.
